RegenBio Therapy ("RegenBio", "we", "us") operates regenbiotherapy.com. Our mailing address is 376 Jim Goodson Road, Griffin, Georgia 30223.
This policy explains what we do with the information you provide through our website, by phone, by text, or by email. It applies to our own activities. It does not cover what an independent clinic does with your information once we refer you to them — that is governed by that clinic's own privacy practices.
Our intake form asks about your health in general terms. Please do not send us detailed medical records, diagnoses, test results or imaging through the website form or by ordinary email — none of these are secure channels. Share clinical detail directly with a clinician through the channel they tell you to use.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
RegenBio operates as an intake and referral service. When our case manager concludes that a consultation is appropriate, we pass your information to an independent partner clinic so they can contact you and arrange care. That clinic is a separate business, and once your information reaches them it is handled under their own privacy practices and their own obligations as a healthcare provider.
Information we may share with a partner clinic includes your name, contact details, city, the issue you described, and relevant notes from your conversation with your case manager. We share only what the clinic reasonably needs to evaluate and contact you.
We refer to clinics located in Texas, Georgia, California, Nevada and Florida. You may ask us at any time which clinic your information has been shared with, and you may tell us not to share it at all — though we will not be able to arrange a consultation if you do.
When you submit our form, you are asking us to contact you, and you agree that we and the clinic we refer you to may reach you by phone, text message and email at the details you gave us — including through automated dialling or messaging systems.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. Some of these are set by third parties such as analytics and advertising platforms.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires us to.
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or dispute-resolution reasons. If you ask us to close your file, we delete or de-identify your details except where we are obliged to retain them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive medical detail by ordinary email.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
Write to us using the contact details in section 13. We will verify your identity before acting, and will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. Health-related information you give us is treated as sensitive personal information and is used only to provide the service you requested. You may designate an authorised agent to act for you.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Texas and Florida — have comparable rights to access, correct, delete and port their information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell covered information; we do not sell it. Use the contact details in section 13 to exercise any of these rights, and to appeal if we decline a request.
Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on our website. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
